Silver Tree Steiner School is committed to promoting the safety, health and wellbeing of children and young people and expects all school staff, parents, students, volunteers and visitors to the School to share that commitment. Silver Tree Steiner School explicitly forbids the use of any form of child abuse, corporal punishment or other degrading punishment.
This commitment extends beyond the achievement of academic success to intellectual, physical, social and emotional development. Our school recognises the fundamental right of students to be protected from neglect and from physical, emotional or sexual maltreatment whether at home, at school or in the community.
